Greetings! I’m Jamie, a 23 year old “young professional” who came over to Thailand for what I thought was a break between the working world and grad school to explore a new part of the globe. Life had other plans, and now I’m looking for employment in the field of education abroad with my eye on someday directing a university study abroad office of my own. I’m also slowly working my way towards one of my biggest life goals: to travel to all seven continents before I die. Four down, three to go!
I’m currently living in Chiang Mai, Thailand for four months, working with an organization called ATMA SEVA. I’m a lover of all things adventurous and/or delicious. Follow along for entertaining narrations of my experiences across Southeast Asia over the next few months!

All over! We plan on spending two months in the area. I was actually just reading up on ATMA SEVA. We were planning on doing some volunteering in the Chiang Mai area.
